Ronald Reagan has died. He was 93 - what a great innings!

It's interesting how people are remembering him. I'm not one for politics, especially American policitics, because I don't live there, but some people can't let things lie can't they?

I just thought it was incredible that an actor got into the White House. I guess in America, anything is possible. Posted by Hello

It is always sad to hear when someone larger than life passes away. Not everyone agreed with his policies and procedures, but he was a very charismatic leader who was, and few will argue, the one responsible for bringing down the wall.

And don't blame all of America for allowing actors to pursue their political ambitions. Ronald Reagan was Governor of California before he was elected President. Then those darn Californians have done it again in electing Governor Arnold Schwarzeneggar. There is even talk of bending the rule about having to be born a US citizen in order to be President of the US, because of Arnold.

California: the land of fruits, nuts and flakes.

Actually, Arnold hasn't been all that bad for this state..but is kind of funny that this is the second time we've elected an actor to lead the fifth largest economy in the world.
